About the Trainer/Author

Trainer on RTI Act 2005 Dr.S.N.Venkatesan is a retired State Government Officer, having served in Government service for nearly 33 years in various capacities, and has wide exposure in Government administration. He is a Trainer right from the commencement of this Act and has attended various workshops conducted by DoPT, GOI and obtained certificate on RTI Act 2005 from DoPT, New Delhi for having successfully undergone the certificate course conducted on line by DoPT.

National Productivity Council, New Delhi has included his name in the panel of Guest Faculties and recognised him as "Senior Advisor / Consultant / Trainer for Human Resources Management and Laws."

He is also a guest faculty in Port Trust Chennai, Tuticorin , Ennore, Kochin, Vizag , Kandla, Mumbai , Goa etc., and delivering lectures on various HRD subjects and RTI, Act 2005

He has also undergone the following Trainers Development Programmes conducted by Department of Personnel and Training, Government of India at various Administrative Training Institutes ( ATIs) in India and obtained certificates to qualify as a Certified Trainer.

He is in the panel of Guest Faculty of ISTM ( Institute of Secretariat Training and Management ) New Delhi which is an Organisation of DOPT (GOI) New Delhi for RTI Act 2005 and other HRD subjects.

He has been authorised by ISTM, New Delhi as External Auditor to conduct audit on Suo motu disclosure of RTI Act 2005 [ Section 4 (1)(b) ].
