Trainer on RTI Act 2005 Dr.S.N.Venkatesan is a retired State Government Officer, having served in Government service for nearly 33 years in various capacities, and has wide exposure in Government administration. He is a Trainer right from the commencement of this Act and has attended various workshops conducted by DoPT, GOI and also obtained certificate on RTI Act 2005 from DoPT, New Delhi for having successfully undergone the certificate course conducted on line by DoPT.
An Act to provide for setting out the practical regime of right to information for citizens to secure access to information under the control of public authorities, in order to promote transparency and accountability in the working of every public authority, the constitution of a Central Information Commission and State Information Commissions and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto Whereas the Constitution of India has established democratic Republic.
The trainer wants to conduct training to the officers/staff of public Authority to create awareness among them on RTI Act 2005 and to deal with RTI petitions effectively. His motive is only to render service to the persons who need it. He wants to share his wide experience and knowledge with the participants. Similar Services are available to civic organisations also at their request.
The Trainer will also conduct "Training Need Analysis" for your Organisation and submit a Project Report.
Whenever an Organisation finds Performance Problems among the staff, it is always better to analyse the same technically and find out what actually is the reason for lesser productivity from the individual / individuals. By rectifying the deficiency / defect, the performance can be restored. Training Need Analysis ( TNA ) of an Organisation helps to get 100% productivity from an individual. The capacity of an individual can be fully utilised by an Organisation by conducting Training Need Analysis. This will identify, in each category of staff, whether the under-productivity is due to Environmental Factors, Motivational Factors or Behavioural Factors.
